Series 3 in 1: Variety of a printed scarf blouse

There is no denying that my printed scarf blouse is one of the most used items in my closet. Past examples are seen (here)  and (here). When I spotted this blouse at the Zara store in the spring time, it was love at first sight and I immediately started planning various outfits in my head. I love that it can take a rather simple outfit and instantaneously jazz it up. Money well spent, since it has been on heavy rotation since joining my way to overfilled closet. Do you like incorporating an item to various looks?
I think I will do a series of how to remix one item into many different looks as we don't have an unlimited budget to get new clothes all the time- well at least not me!!!!!!

Do you like that kind of post? Let me know! I planned on doing this kind of post once a month.

 Blouse: Zara
Leather pants: Zara

Snaked in Peplum

Coat: Zara (old)
Peplum top: Zara
Snake Pants: Zara
Clutch: Mango (old)
Heels: Via Uno (old)

All you need to look classy is a nice black peplum shirt with some embellishment around the collar, a snake printed pants and a a beige trench coat- EtVoilá!
I found some plum lipstick at my mom's, thought I'd  like it but looking back at the pics, it doesn't suit my skin colour at all and it makes my already small lips look even smaller *bummer*
Anyways, have a lovely start in the week!

PS: My blogger friend Krista from junkindigginggettinlost did the styling for a photo shoot of this amazing country singer Michelle Rene "But I try" last week.  Check out the website of this truly talentend country music artist Michelle's Website and you can listen to her songs.
I have her song as my background music, so make sure you have your speakers on  (Jenny don't forget to turn them on hahaha)  ;-)
Check it out, terrific country voice if you are such a huge country music fan as I am :-)

Where IS my star shoes?

 Skinny Jeans: H&M
Shirt: Mango
Sneakers: Converse
Sunnies: Esprit
Bag: Friies & Company
bracelet: C&A
Ring: Bijoux Brigitte

When my man I went to Serbia to visit my family in August, my nephew was wearing a shirt that said "Where is my star shoes" with some cool converse shoes on it. That totally cracked my boyfriend up. Wearing converse sneakers in my freetime, he refers to it now with a serbian accent, hahaha so funny :-D
What do you think of clothes where they misspell or have grammatical erros in the sayings?

Getaway at Chiemsee

 Necklace: HRH collection Sheba
Shirt: H&M
Shorts: H&M
Shoes: Jeffrey Campbell

I posted about my fun time at the Ocotberfest (here ). My man and I booked a lovely wellness spa hotel at the chiemsee to get some relaxation and spend our last weekend together. After the sauna and swimming my skin felt so great, have to make it to a routine, especially in the winter time, when it so cold outside the sauna does not only strengthen your immune system but makes your skin so flawless and soft. For our trip back I wore a pretty simple yet chic fall outfit. What do you usually wear, when you are on a longer road trip? Do you like going to the sauna? We met two really sweet american couples in that hotel at breakfast time, who said sauna is not an american thing, is that true?

dotty with splash of red

Blazer: H&M
Dress: H&M
Pumps: Pier One
Necklace: H&M
Ring: Gift from my bf''s mom
Sunnies: Guess
Bag. Chanel

I am pretty much dressed up with H&M items. Love it when I can purchase affordable fashion in the chicest of ways. H&M makes it totally possible. Especially this year I found so many eye candy dresses there that can be varied in so many ways with coloured blazers, vests and cardigans.
I have to find a way to be able to wear this beautiful dotted dress (here combined with a different blazer) in the winter, maybe with some black tights, some nice riding or ankle boots and some coloured neck turtle under it or a nice embellished cardigan :-) We'll see what I will come up with.

By the way, how you like the songs played in the background. I picked some country music and piano/instrumental pieces from my favourite south corean movie "autum tale/ in my heart ost. Oh my gosh this story is so touching and made me cry. You have to check it out on youtube if you are such a lovey dovey and romantic woman as I am :-)

PS:You would make my day if you would check out my facebook page and show me some love by clicking like on it :-)

Thank you so much for taking the time and your lovely support, it's highly appreciated :-) Have a great start in the week :-)

Leather on leather

As it cooled down in Germany, I put all my 10000 tights out to be ready when  I continue wearing my dresses/skirts/shorts in the cool fall/winter season. Some of those summers pieces can be transitioned into this season, the ones with the thinner texture have a looooooong winter break now :-). I have seen lots of my blogger friends are sad about not beeing able to wear their summer items anymore. I am not at all, I get tired very quickly of the same stuff, so same changes are more than welcome :-)

I got this leather skirt a few years ago, and they've been on heavy rotation since then (in the winter I pair them with black/grey opaque tights as worn here). A leather skirt totally builds the foundation of an urban-cool look. I dressed it up by wearing that amazing statement necklace from H&M and my favourite printed scarf silk blouse. My nude leather jacket gives the elegant look a more edgier appearance. Have worn this when Eric took me out for dinner with my favourite friends couple :-)
Are you as obsessed with leather as I am? I am on a hunt for a nice leather dress, so when you see a nice one, let me know! :-)

Leather Jacket: Zara
Silk Blouse: Zara
Leather skirt: H&M
Necklace: H&M
Pumps: Pier One
Tights: I have no clue :-)
Bag: Vintage
Snake belt: H&M

A wonderful Liebster Blog Award

Oh my, let me tell you my week started differently than planned. I was so looking foward to celebrate my mom's 70 birthday on saturday and take a half week off form work. When I made all my way up to my parent's house (9 hours drive) on friday I found myself waking up with really horrible stomach crumbs on saturday. After taking some medicine I felt a little better so decided to go for a lilttleshopping tour since where I live now (countryside) aren't any nice shopping possibilities near by.

Standing in line at H&M I felt an attack of cold sweating followed by dizzyness and HORRIBLE stomach pain. I leaned at the column near the cash register to find some hold. When I made my way to return a blouse at the register I passed out. How embarassing is that? Long story short I spend that night in the hospital and my mom's birthday was totally screwed :-(. Feeling so bad about ruining her birthday celebration. On top of that I am in bed with a really bad cold and on sick leave for the whole week. I don't know what to do with myself bored out of my mind as I am usually such a workaholic. Probably a sign to take things slow which I do now.

Anyhow my day started with a with a very pleasant surprise. I woke up to find a super lovely  message on my blog: Zhanna of  life and bows had given me the Liebster Bog Award! I was so honored to receive this award from her because also we are just following each other less than a month I absolutely adore the variety of her blog topics. She has the cutest daughter, always warmth my heart when I see pics of her precious family. I also like her sense of style and how she adds that delicate touch to her outfits. Thank you so much for your recognition, I absolutely felt honoured.

2 trends in 1

 Dress: Mango
Blazer: C&A(old)
Necklace: H&M
Purse: Boutique in Salzburg
Sunnies: Guess

As the military style is in again, I reconnected with this lovely gold buttoned khaki blazer that I got  probably over 6 years ago and got lost in my wardrobe :-) Haven't worn this wool dustry rose dress yet either (3 years old) so thought lets give a combo a try, pretty satisfied with the colour outcome. The only new things about this whole outfit is probably my silver layered necklace, super matchy with the belt. Not only is the camouflage/army style trendy this season but snake patterns that you can find on my heels. Do you like combining various trend styles in one outfit?

PS: Thanks to my man for letting me know that my selfmade headband is dangling on that last picture, how pretty is that? ;-) Didn't have a headband in that dress colour so cut of those straps that are on clothes to stick them on hangers ;-)
Note to oneself: Use more bobbypins to keep them in the right place or just get a real fancy one :-D
