floral shorts- 3 ways

Outfit I: Shorts: Zara similar by Romwomen; Peplum: forever 21; Clutch: Boutique in Zajecar, Serbia: Heels: Zara; Bracelets: Serbia Boutique; Sunnie: Esprit
Outfit II: Blazer: Forever 21; Top: H&M
Outfit III: Blazer: Mango; Blouse: H&M, Heels: Via Uno; Clutch: H&M; Hat: H&M; Pearl Necklace: Forever 21

Purchasing my clothes has one requirement: Versatility. I try to use my clothes to the fullest and Combine them in multiple ways to get the most use out of it. The more colour an item consists of the more colour combinations are possible as in these shorts. Even a pattern mix with the striped blouse Looks pretty refreshing and fun. As you can see, I found the perfect piece in these floral short to raging myself out! Even paired with a white blazer or a black top it would look amazing. I guess I have to wait till next summer to find out though, fall is near the corner here in South Germany.
These Shorts are sold out by Zara but Romwomen has pretty much the exact pair of these shorts for the half of the price I paid for. They have the perfect floral pattern shirt to pair it with here. I just stumbled across this freaking and pretty unexpensive online store recently and already love it. you should check it out!
Which combo is your favourite? Do you get the most use out of your fashion pieces?

Modern Monochrome/Via Uno Pumps

Faux leather skirt: asos; Blouse: Koton; Belt and Bag: Asos; Pumps: Via Uno similar; Ring: Present

Do you love monochromatic dressing? They are a huge trend this season and can be easily created with the basic items you have in your closet. Just look for  pieces that are in the same colour family.

One way to keep your style chic and simple is to mix and match different textures and pattern . It can be as I did on this look  in black and white and throw in some gold accessories (for an extra portion of glamour) or using a different monochrome palette. It doesn't have to be bold. I was playing with different textures as leather, silk and some ruffles and bows for some touch of girlyness.
Usually I like to bring some splash of colour in the monochrome game  to lift it but not today. I wanted to keep it crisp clean and timeless with just black and white.

I have those super cute bow pumps by Via Uno in beige and black. I love their clean and classic feminine designs . Not only are they super comfortable but so affordable too. Do you wear Via Uno?

PS: If you click on asos to see the white leather skirt , you will see a Model who is 1.80 m and rock this skirt like a pro. When I tried this skirt on  it was probably 10 cm under my knees and became a midi skirt, which looks horrible on my figure with 1.66m. SOOOO I pulled the skirt up to nearly my breast so that its hitting my knees, I guess that works . I felt like the sister of Steve Urkel, just needed my suspenders :-D

3 Countries, 3 Wedding Guest Looks

Dress: asos; hidden heels: Via Uno, clutch: asos; ring; pilgrim

Wedding season is in its fullest bloom, so many people I know from university, coworkers and even friends are getting married right now, besides the Baby Boom. So I was super excited to team up with my beautiful and stylish blogger friends Jenny from crazystylelove and Rita from  coastwithme  to show you some idea how to get dressed for attending a wedding. Make sure to check out their posts as well!

That grecian collar maxi dress stole my heart from the moment I saw it on asos while I was looking for a great dress for my best friends wedding, it was truly love at first sight. Of course it was sold out in my size, so I stalked the homepage for that dress probably like 10 times a day to check if it is available in my size. Being persistent pays off most of the time, so now I can be the goddess for that empire dress and it feels great ;-).
Are there many wedding celebration going on around your right now? What is your favourite guest look?

Thanks girls for that fun teaming up! You both looked divine in those bright colours and just love the versatility of the different styles! Love ya!

PS: If you haven't been following me on bloglovin and Facebook yet, I would appreciate if you click on the link and show me some fashionista love ;-)

Laced in mint

Blazer: H&M
Dress: Orsay
Bag: Boutique
Heels: Via Uno
Belt: H&M
Flower: H&M
Ring: Pilgrim
Necklace: Gift

I am so obsessed with those ocean colours recently. Usually I grab for all different minty shades in the spring and throughout the summer, just so flattering on each hair and skin tone and simply refreshing. As much as I am in love with mint I am with this elegant crochet dress. Can you imagine that I got this beauty for only 20€. Was so excited when I saw the sale sign on it and if the would have had it in different colours, I would def have purchased it. It has puffy shoulders which you can't see on the pics, unfortunately forgot to take my blazer off and has a pencil skirt fit. I dressed it in a more elegant way for work but it can be dressed down by simply putting a white cropped shirt over, using the dress as a skirt and finish it with a denim jacket. I will show you different ways on how to style it in the future if you are interested? I gave this ensemble an unexpected twist by adding a leopard belt. Isn't it fun how an accessoire can change the appearance of an outfit? Thank you to my love for this precious pearl necklace he got me for christmas.
