Do
you love monochromatic dressing? They are a huge trend this season and
can be easily created with the basic items you have in your closet. Just
look for pieces that are in the same colour family.
One
way to keep your style chic and simple is to mix and match different
textures and pattern . It can be as I did on this look in black and
white and throw in some gold accessories (for an extra portion of
glamour) or using a different monochrome palette. It doesn't have to be
bold. I was playing with different textures as leather, silk and some
ruffles and bows for some touch of girlyness.
Usually
I like to bring some splash of colour in the monochrome game to lift
it but not today. I wanted to keep it crisp clean and timeless with just
black and white.
I have those super cute bow pumps by Via Uno in beige and black. I love
their clean and classic feminine designs . Not only are they super
comfortable but so affordable too. Do you wear Via Uno?
PS: If you click on asos to see the white leather skirt , you will see a Model who is 1.80 m and rock this skirt like a pro. When I tried this skirt on it was probably 10 cm under my knees and became a midi skirt, which looks horrible on my figure with 1.66m. SOOOO I pulled the skirt up to nearly my breast so that its hitting my knees, I guess that works . I felt like the sister of Steve Urkel, just needed my suspenders :-D
