Feeling like Catherine Middleton

Do you remember when that particular blue silk Issa dress caused global sensation????
Today I am not announcing my engagement in that blue Ralph Lauren dress [I wish I would] just taking the opportunity and giving some inspiration for an elegant Valentine's look!
You might not be marrying the heir to the throne, but you too can get Kate's effortless elegance.
