IT Piece 2017: Volant

Blouse: H&M; Jeans: Fornarina; Cape Blazer: Zara: old similar; Designer Heels: Sebastian Milano via Zalando

Tadaaaa, my first postpartum Outfit 3,5 weeks after giving birth to my baby girl. Let me tell you, it is such a great feeling not to wear leggings anymore. Not all of the pieces in my wardrobe are fitting yet but  I am on the home stretch :-)
As you have already noticed I'm infected with the rose fever since my pregnancy because of my baby girl but it continues in my outfits as it is THE spring trend color.

Another trend are ornateness like volants, they are embellising everything right now from blouses, tops, dresses, skirts, sweatshirt etc. They are popping up everywhere  in the window shops right now.

There is really no better way to enchant and add a romantic easy peasy feminine touch to your everyday ensembles. Just right up fleurani's alley :-)

Are you embracing this trends as much as I do?

Baby Girl Goddess- Maternity Style Maxidress

Flower Headband: Asos; Maxi Dress: Asos Maternity

"I'm a woman! Look at me making a human baby girl! I am a goddess!"
Certainly with the ups and downs a pregnancy brings, I didn't feel like one but this full length dress has the power to bring out the baby girl goddess in me :-)
Hands down, nothing screams goddess-couture like a flowy chiffon maxi dress!!
It was a heart's desire of mine to shoot some romantic playful pictures in the nature before my girl arrives in 3 weeks. Soooo excited!!!!

Maternity Red Laced Dress-Valentinesday

Red laced maternity Dress: Asos

Every girl needs a LBD LRD, yes little red dress :-)
There is something so elegant graceful and delciate about them especially when they have laced and see through details as this little baby here. I usually gravitate towards reds more then I do towards black. It's something so mystical about that color that I just love :-)
So for Valentine's Day it's a nonbrainer that I grabed for this gorgeous maternity red lace dress.

What's your fave or go-to Valentines's Day look & style if at all?

Werbung/Advertisement with Aisle Style

It's crazy, this year is marked by a lot of weddings and baby births, seriously it's an absolute Baby Boom kind of year, all of my girl friends are preggo as well :-)
Today I would like to share some tips on which of my personal favorite wedding dress silhouettes best suits different body shapes.
If you have an upcoming wedding in the near future and are on a lower budget but don't want to pass up on a beautiful dress, Aisle Style has a lot to offer.

Pear-shape:

If your body has the pear shape, you want to turn the focus onto the narrowest part of your midsection or toward your neckline. Please don't emphasize your hips!
The following dress style would be perfect for you:
  • A-line dresses
  • Ball Gowns
  • Empire Gowns
  • Off the shoulder dresses
  • Strapless dresses
  • Dresses with scoop necklines
  • V-neck
  • Bateau necklines as they balance smaller chests and narrov shoulders
Keep your fingers away from:
  • Mermaid or Trumpet gowns
  • Sheath silhouettes
  • Clingy fabrics instead go for sturdier ones
